Endeavour Perpetual Calendar
Abyss Blue fumé "Grand Feu" Enamel

REF. 1800-2000

CHF 75,000

In shades of anthracite and blue, this Endeavour Perpetual Calendar Tantalum Blue Enamel revisits H. Moser & Cie.’s emblematic complication in a visually striking manner. Combining tantalum, a stable and durable metal with a unique hue that’s exceedingly difficult to machine and polish, with the ancestral technique of “grand feu” enamelling, a new dimension of vibrant colours and textures enhances the world’s most intuitive and legible perpetual calendar watch. Further refining its precision, the movement is equipped with a double hairspring, optimizing timekeeping accuracy while also reducing the effects of gravity.

Patterned Enamel

Lending a new dynamic to the traditional art form of enamelling with the use of a pattern engrained, as if hammered, onto a gold base and four different colour pigments that are melded together. The result is a textured and perfectly mastered fumé aesthetic for a captivatingly contemporary finish.

Complications

Rather than inundate the dial with windows, this perpetual calendar uses a small hand in the centre and the 12 indices to represent the month. Additionally, the date and month can be set forwards or backwards at any time, without risk to the movement.

Movement

The HMC 800 is a uniquely simple and award-winning manual-winding Perpetual Calendar movement, where the calendar mechanism is an integral part of the movement rather than a modular add-on.
